#GrippleTrellis 2023 Competition:

COMPETITION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Take photo(s) of Gripple^® products in your application, post them on Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter or email photos@gripple.com.
2. All Facebook posts must tag @Gripple Limited and use the #GrippleTrellis hashtag to enter and qualify for this competition.
3. All LinkedIn posts must tag @Gripple UK & Ireland and use the #GrippleTrellis hashtag to enter and qualify for this competition.
4. All Twitter posts must tag @Grippleltd and use the #GrippleTrellis hashtag to enter and qualify for this competition.
5. All emails to photos@gripple.com must have #GrippleTrellis in the subject line to qualify.
6. Photos must be taken in the UK or Republic of Ireland to qualify.
7. Photos cannot feature any people in order to qualify (although livestock animals are allowed!).
8. Photos must feature a Gripple^® Garden Kit (including Gripple^® tensioner and nylon trellis wire) in action to qualify for this competition.
9. You must be over 18 to enter and photos must be taken by you – no copying and sending us other people’s photos please.

GRIPPLE LIMITED TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The promoter of this competition is Gripple Ltd (referred to throughout these terms as ‘Gripple’ or ‘we’).

By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the company’s website at www.gripple.com.

In the event of any dispute regarding the terms, conduct, results and all other matters relating to this competition, the decision of Gripple shall be final.

1. ENTERING THE COMPETITION

You must provide your name and contact details with your entry. These details will be used to notify you if you have won and to send out your prize so please ensure they are correct.

The competition is open to participants in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Gripple, any of its subsidiaries and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.

By entering this competition you declare that for each entry you make it is a photo of your product, you are the photographer and you own the copyright in the photo; and all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.

Gripple reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant is in breach of any of the terms and conditions.

If any entrant is disqualified from the competition, Gripple reserves the right to decide whether a replacement should be selected. Should this occur, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and subject to these same terms and conditions.

2. HOW IT WORKS

The competition will run from 18 September 2023 until midnight 31 October 2023.

To enter, participants should follow the #GrippleTrellis competition instructions at the top of this web page.

You can include more than one photo in your social post / email as long as it’s not the same image.

All Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook rules must be followed. Entries will be disqualified if they are duplicate images from different accounts, the images infringe third party copyright, pose a risk to health and safety, promote non-Gripple products, contain defamatory, malicious, indecent, derogatory or other inappropriate content.

On 1 November 2023, Gripple will chose its favourite photo. The decision of Gripple shall be at its sole discretion and final. Gripple will contact you via your method of entry (Facebook, Twitter or email) to notify you if your photo has been chosen. You must notify Gripple if your contact details have changed and you will not be able to claim your prize if we are unable to contact you. If entrants do not respond by 31 December 2023 their prize(s) will be donated to Whirlow Hall Farm Trust.

3. PRIZE

The winner will receive a £50 Amazon.co.uk eGift voucher.

Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

4. USE OF YOUR PHOTO(S)

By entering this competition and submitting your photo(s) of Gripple® products you grant Gripple and its group companies an irrevocable and perpetual non-exclusive worldwide licence to use your photo(s) of Gripple® products in their marketing materials to promote Gripple products.

5. YOUR DATA

By entering this competition you give your consent to Gripple using your Twitter handle / social post / name and photograph in our publicity and marketing materials and to contact you if you have won a prize. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting photos@gripple.com but if you do so we will not be able to contact you if you have won.

We will also retain your photo(s) and your name and contact details to maintain a record that you are the photographer. We will retain this data on the basis that we have a legitimate interest to be able to identify the author of the photos submitted in the competition.

Gripple must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Gripple will send the surname and county of the prize winners to anyone who emails photos@gripple.com or writes to UK Marketing Department, Gripple Ltd, The Old West Gun Works, Savile Street East, Sheffield S4 7UQ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 2. If you object to any or all of your surname, and county being published or made available, please contact Gripple at photos@gripple.com or write to UK Marketing Department, Gripple Ltd, The Old West Gun Works, Savile Street East, Sheffield S4 7UQ. In such circumstances, Gripple must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

We will never use your details for anything outside of the above areas, we will protect your privacy and never sell your details to other companies for marketing purposes. For full details please see our privacy notice referred to above.

6. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS AND LIABILITIES

There is no fee to enter this competition and no purchase required.

Gripple accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed or received due to a technical fault or for any other reason.
