Gripple is the market-leader in wire rope suspension systems for fast installation of building services on construction projects. Our solutions save contractors up to 85% on installation times when compared to traditional threaded rod or chain methods. Pre-fabricated, ready-to-use kits, one box of Standard Hanger No.2 kits weighs just 8 kg and does the same job as 150 kg of threaded rod and channel. We have 37 people in the UK sales team. In fact, we've worked out that an area sales manager is never more than an hour away from a project site. As such, we're well placed to provide on-site technical consultations and ongoing support. We mentioned our commitment to innovation earlier and it often takes us in some interesting directions; our construction solutions were actually an innovation based on our original Gripple wire tensioner for agricultural wire fencing applications - another application where we lead in the market. Since the launch of our construction range in 1997, the business has evolved into more new markets, notably seismic bracing. Another new market, which we'll be showcasing alongside our construction solutions at UK Construction Week, is Civil Construction. We have developed a range of anchors which incorporate our patented Gripple technology and are used in soil retention and slope stabilisation markets.
