Customer Satisfaction Survey 2023
As an employee-owned business, we value people's opinions and pride ourselves on listening to our customers to ensure they have the best possible experience when engaging with Gripple.
Gripple’s 2023 customer satisfaction survey was delivered by Viewpoint Research CIC. Viewpoint are a Sheffield-based social enterprise who specialise in collecting feedback via telephone calls. The survey provided an up-to-date and annual benchmark on levels of satisfaction amongst Gripple construction customers based in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. All surveys were completed by telephone interview between November 2022 and January 2023.
Thank you to all our customers who participated in the survey. With a potential net promoter score (NPS) rating between -100 and +100, a score of +64 is a pleasing result for our team.
Receiving customer's opinions and feedback allows our team to continuously improve our operations. Following the recent survey, our team will be working hard to make sure our products, service levels and technical offering continue to be best in class.
