The projects element is essential to the programme’s success and will be delivered through department rotations where you will gain hands-on experience of real business challenges.
A key part of our business strategy is to have great people who are happy, trained and long-serving and the Gripple Graduate Scheme forms just one strand of the strategic recruitment and people development plan to support that vision.
Both our graduate trainees and undergraduate placement students are part of the next generation of talent who – with the right commitment and support in place – we hope will become future leaders at Gripple or other businesses in the GLIDE (Growth Led Innovation Driven Company Ltd) group.
The Gripple Graduate Scheme will give you a unique insight into the breadth of our business from strategy to innovation, sales to operations management, people and culture and more.
This scheme first launched in September 2013 – with several graduate scheme alumni now holding top level jobs in the business.
The scheme is designed to our give our graduates experience in and knowledge of all key areas of the business through three elements of personal and professional development, all supported and underpinned by the Gripple values and spirit model:

The charity element will include a graduate team charity challenge, with a target set to raise funds for both St Luke’s Hospice and a charity of the graduate team’s choice.
On successful completion of the scheme, you will be allocated a place on further, internal leadership development programmes.
In the year following completion of the scheme, you will also complete a 12-week volunteer manager expedition with Raleigh Costa Rica – a truly unique opportunity. This element of the programme will develop your:
