This will vary depending on site. You will either work a rotating two-shift morning and afternoon pattern, with nights and weekend work required to meet business demands, or a rotating three-shift morning, afternoon and nights pattern.  You may also be required to help in other areas on site. A flexible, ‘can do’ attitude is therefore paramount.
