Syrma Technology are building a new manufacturing facility in Bawal. It is a 30,000 square metre building which required the installation of rectangular ducting and walkable fall ceiling. The contractor chose Gripple’s Standard Hanger for this project.
Syrma Technology designs and makes power electronics, RFID tech and custom magnetics. They deliver IoT products to automotive, computing, industrial and mechanical companies. They are building a new manufacturing facility in Bawal.
Gripple’s Standard Hanger with Loop end fixing was chosen by the contractor to suspend rectangular duct throughout the 30,000 square metre building.
On-site support from a Gripple representative throughout the project helped to ensure the products were being used in the correct way and aided in the projects on time completion.
The Gripple Standard Hanger is up to 6 times faster than the traditional threaded rod and slotted channel methods. It also requires no tools or ‘hot works’ permit thereby maximising health and safety on-site.
The aesthetically pleasing design of the Standard Hanger is one of the principal reasons it was chosen for this space as it complements enclosed and open soffit spaces.
The contractor, Perfect Air Pvt Ltd, saved 20 hours of work and 32,500 INR in total. This project is a prime example of the speed and ease of the Gripple Standard Hanger in comparison to traditional suspension methods.
