M3M has launched their International Financial Center in sector 66 on the Golf course extension road in Gurgaon. Gripple’s Standard Hanger was chosen to suspend HVAC services throughout the 35000 sq meter building.
M3M IFC is a new commercial building in Gurugram, India. This financial center is one of the best energy efficient commercial spaces in India with platinum lead certification, having the retail shops and restaurants along with two commercial office space towers of 40 floors and 10 floors respectively.
The contractor, Sharad Airconditioning, chose Gripple’s Standard Hanger solution to suspend rectangular ductwork on this project.
On-site support from a Gripple representative throughout the project helped to ensure the products were being used in the correct way and aided in the projects on time completion.
The Gripple Standard Hanger is up to 6 times faster than the traditional threaded rod and slotted channel methods. It also requires no tools or ‘hot works’ permit thereby maximising health and safety on-site.
