Ibis hotel is part of an international hotel chain, bringing a 3-star hotel to Kolkata. Gripple supplied it’s range of Standard Hanger products to this project for the suspension of ductwork throughout the hotel.

Ibis Kolkata Rajarhat Hotel is a modern hotel with a striking exterior and quirky interior welcoming both business and leisure travelers. The hotel features 189 rooms, a multi-cuisine restaurant, and meeting spaces for up to 120 guests.
When Gripple first arrived onsite the client required a unique product for the suspension of the ductwork, they were also looking for a product that is easy to install and aesthetically pleasing. After presenting the Gripple solution to the HVAC contractor Gripple was awarded with suspending all of the ductwork throughout the building.
This project benefitted from using Gripple’s ready-to-use wire hanging kit - the Standard Hanger range. Across the project, 3 different sizes were used with a Safe Working Load of up to 225 kg on the No.4 Standard Hanger. The kits are up to 6 times faster to install than traditional hanging systems. Along with been simple to use and industry approved.
Throughout the installation process, a Gripple representative provided regular on-site visits and advice until the job was completed.
Overall, the HVAC contractor benefitted from a saving of 32,500 INR by using Gripple on this project.
