UniGrip™ – Standard

Logistics Hall, Hallbergmoos (Germany)
For the construction of a new logisitic hall in Germany, radiant panels had to be suspended with a ceiling distance of 3 metres. The UniGrip - Calibra System from Gripple was chosen for this suspension and the installer benefited from a time saving of 17 days in total.

In October 2019 a logistics and production hall was built in Hallbergmoos near Munich. The special feature of the building structure was that the building services had to be suspended from a trapezoidal sheet metal roof with a pitched roof. In addition to this the distance between the ceiling and the suspension was 3 metres.
Gripple products offer a significant advantage here, thanks to their quick and easy adjustment. Not only
is the work process much more convenient, it is also much faster and more flexible. For the project described here, Gripple’s UniGrip - Calibra was used to suspend radiant panels.
The product was delivered ready to use - UniGrip - Calibra kits arrive with specified lengths of wire and pre-crimped end fixings. Thanks to the Calibra’s simple mechanism, the radiant panels could be suspended
quickly and saved the installer up to 20 minutes per fixing point.
For this project, the total time saving was ultimately around 3.5 weeks, which not only saves on labour costs but also ultimately results in significant savings across the entire project installation.
