Over the past few years Gripple has designed, developed and produced several original products with the greenhouse setting specifically in mind. As a benefactor of solutions, if our existing range doesn’t meet your requirements, we will do our utmost to find you a solution.

Crop Support

Within a greenhouse or poly-tunnel, crop wires require a heavy-duty joiner and tensioner; from our range, the most suited to this task are the Gripple Jumbo and the GP Large. Additionally, when support for the crop wire is needed from the structure itself, we offer two variations of a bracing and hanging solution.

Our non-adjustable snap-hook end fixing allows fast installation and much more light to reach your produce compared to steel rods and chains. Hanging vertically downwards, it clips straight onto the crop wire, and is ideal for static wires used with tomatoes, peppers and flowers.

Other crops such as cucumbers and certain types of flora often call for the crop wires to be moved up and down, and so necessitate a method of support that can be installed just as swiftly, but at the same time remain totally amendable. The revolutionary TPAK system has those features – it simply twists onto the wire with all the ease of the snap-hook, but due to the interior Gripple technology it’s also completely adjustable.

Cross and Overhead Bracing

We realise that everybody has different needs when it comes to greenhouses. Everyone is unique in terms of the dimensions, weights and attachments they require. The universal truth however, is simple - people want something reliable and strong; something that can be adjusted and re-tensioned with ease.

The GPAK and the Lockable Gripple kits grant all this and more, providing internal bracing to sustain your trellising. Faster and more economical than steel tubing, the stream-lined Gripple system never blocks sunlight from passing into the greenhouse or poly-tunnel, as well as giving support to the structure itself.

Additionally, we offer inclusive anchoring solutions for securing your trellises and poly-tunnels; we provide dynamic support for an extensive selection of circumstances.

Thermal Screens

Screens play a pivotal role in the germination of crops within the greenhouse environment by regulating sunlight, temperature and climate. The Gripple Plus range can be used for any size wire or monofilament that upholds the shade cloth in a thermal screen system, and the single-channel GP1 is purpose-built for terminating wires at end-supports. On top of this, our bracing kits are ideally suited for holding the drive motor that propels the screens back and forth.

Hanging Solutions

The support of irrigation and heating pipes within greenhouse structures is competently taken care of by the GPAK, TPAK and our snap-hook end fixing, and for any additional lighting, heating and cooling services, our comprehensive Gripple Hanger Range has everything covered.
