T-Clip creates buzz at summer shows

Our end-post terminator is showcased across the UK

With a record attendance of over 100,000 visitors on the first day, this years Royal Cornwall Show was a fabulous success, with a visit from Her Royal Highness Princess Alexandra a notable highlight. Gripple was proud to be there supporting one of our biggest distributors, Tornado Wire, who received a special prize for the design of their stand for the second year running.

Aside from the parachute displays, the human cannonball and all the other attractions, the one thing on everyone’s lips was the Gripple T-Clip. Using a specially modified version of the Gripple Plus system, the single-channel T-Clip was created specifically for terminating end-post wires on fencing. All who saw it conceded that the old method of wrapping wire around the fence-post to terminate a run was much more laborious and time-consuming.

This feeling was echoed at the South of England show, where we supported McVeigh Parker – an established stalwart at this event – and again at the Royal Highland Show, which maintained its title of the biggest and best event in Scotland. Here, the Gripple T-Clip sparked interest on the Rutland Electric Fence stand.

At the upcoming Driffield show, Gripple will be partnering with Arcelor Mittal, challenging contractors in the ever-popular Fencing News competition. This is a great chance for suppliers to prove their technique and their quality against the clock, where the fast-fit T-Clip could prove the difference between first and second place.
